What data we collect

We collect only what is strictly necessary to provide this service:

  • Username — stored in your browser session while you are logged in. It is never shared with third parties.
  • News post content — titles and body text written by content creators and administrators are stored in the site database. Posts are visible to all visitors.
  • Uploaded images — images embedded in news posts are stored as files on the server (under data/uploads/). They are served publicly at /uploads/<filename>. No metadata beyond the file itself is recorded.

We do not collect email addresses, names, payment information, location data, or any tracking or analytics data.

Cookies

This site uses two cookies:

Cookie Purpose Duration Legal basis
session Keeps you logged in between page loads (strictly necessary) Expires when you close your browser or log out Strictly necessary — no consent required
cookie_notice_dismissed Remembers that you have seen the cookie notice 1 year Strictly necessary (functional preference)

We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. No third-party cookies are set by this site.

Third-party services

All CSS, JavaScript, and fonts are served from this server and your IP address is never shared with commercial content-delivery networks.

OpenStreetMap tiles. When you view a fixture page that includes an embedded map, your browser loads map tile images directly from tile.openstreetmap.org, operated by the OpenStreetMap Foundation. This means your IP address and browser information are shared with the OpenStreetMap Foundation at that point. No map tiles are loaded on other pages. See the OSMF Privacy Policy for details.

Your rights (UK & EU users)

Under UK GDPR / EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase personal data we hold about you. Because we only store your username in a temporary session, the simplest way to remove all data is to log out.

If you have any privacy questions, please contact the site administrator.
